eQuest is an easy to navigate web-based support tool for
Columbus State University's service and technical centers.
To submit a request for service:
Login to CougarNet
- Click on the Faculty or Staff tab and locate the eQuest icon
- Select the service you need

- Project is called a "Work Space"
- Single frame: Tool bar is now across the top of the page
- Preference is on the toolbar
- Fewer options on the tool bar
- Improve productivity with quick access to the issues you find most important
- Quick reply: Update from the home page - need more info, click [more]
- Resize columns from the homepage
- Reorder columns with drag and drop functions
- Single click to filter any column on the homepage

- Ability to see campus-wide issues before submitting a request.
- Users can edit and update their own requests.
- Users can run their own reports.
- Secretaries can view requests for the whole department.
- E-mail correspondence is automatically added to the request details.
- Each service department has a customized submission form.
